I purchased level 4 and after testing the tool for 10 days with real videos, here's my review: I SAVE A LOT OF TIME Being able to copy the YouTube video link and have everything I need to publish in seconds is exactly what I was looking for. - The cover templates are generally very good and include a catchy phrase. - The titles are excellent. - The description, tags, hashtags, and time blocks are very well done; you practically just need to add them to your video and you're almost ready to publish. - The short clips are generally good; the framing in some cuts needs polishing, but they work well, and editing is simple. - What I like is that it's very well integrated with the content, which is a huge plus. IT'S IDEAL FOR MY WORKFLOW I like to record and then decide on a title and cover design. I record based on inspiration and without a script, which makes it laborious to figure out how to title the content later. Taja solved this for me in record time, very happy with the results. THE SUPPORT IN MY CASE WAS GREAT. The founder responded quickly. I had problems accessing the brand kit, and on one occasion, the covers weren't generating, but the issues were resolved within hours. As I wanted to post shorts across different platforms more easily, I took Taja Tier 4 on AppSumo and it’s already becoming a solid investment. The fundamental functionality runs precisely as advertised. I find scheduling my content from one source across various platforms to be seamless and efficient, saving me a significant amount of time. If you’re doing a constant flow of short-form content, this in and of itself makes the tool worth it. What I found most impressive, however, was the support. When I ran into some problems, Ibrahim, the owner, personally reached out and offered to jump on a Zoom call. That kind of responsiveness is unusual, particularly in a growing product. That speaks a lot about the team and their resolve to make the platform better. The additional monthly video credits with Tier 4 are a nice add as well as providing real long-term value. As any product evolves there are definitely areas that can be improved upon, but the foundation is there, the roadmap is promising, and the support I’m having ensures that it’s only going to continue to be better from here. I got Taja last year and gone blown away by having my socials in autopilot by repurposing the longer contents. I tried many similar tools from Appsumo but none of them meet Taja. The support is great so far and the founder stepped upone time when i needed help unlocking my account. I wish this project will stick aroumd for long and get the attention that deserve. If you want to save time with the social go to the higher tier and wont regret.

A Strong First Impression, Taja Is Already Delivering I signed up for Taja today, and even with just a bit of exploration, I’m genuinely impressed. I run a YouTube channel with a large backlog of long‑form videos that never really gained traction. Taja gives me a practical way to breathe new life into that content by turning those videos into shorts, and since shorts tend to get far more views, this feels like a smart move for growing my channel. One of the standout features for me is the built‑in SEO support. Taja analyses and optimises my long‑form videos in a way that should help them perform better without me having to do all the heavy lifting. The ability to publish content across multiple platforms is another big plus, especially for driving more traffic back to my YouTube channel and website. Taja.ai has gone from something I vaguely thought looked useful to a tool I actually open every time I'm about to publish a video on YouTube and to my socials.. That shift happened pretty fast, honestly as I’ve only had it for a few days nd I'm still getting to know the product inside out. It can do a lot of stuff. It handles the its of the YouTube video production pipeline I used to dread. Titles, descriptions, tags, chapters, shorts, thumbnails. None of this is hard to do manually, but it takes a lot of time and sometimes I just get writer's block and can't think what to put in the title or the description, and making the chapters used to be a right pain. If you have ever had to put chapters into a video manually, you will know what I mean. You need to go through the whole video, note the timestamps manually, and then create the text. Sometimes you get it wrong because you put a comma in the wrong place or something, but all that has gone now because Taja just handles it. And when it comes up with titles, descriptions, and tags, it doesn't feel like you're being handed a first draft you then have to fix for an hour. Most of the time what comes out is genuinely close to what I'd have written anyway, which is not something I say about a lot of AI tools. The shorts feature surprised me the most. I have been wanting to make shorts for a long time, but doing them using something like Premier Pro or Camtasia takes forever. I haven't bothered yet. I expected Taja to just grab random clips and call them highlights. It doesn't. The cuts feel considered, like something a decent editor would have flagged. I've gone back and watched the source footage after and thought yeah, that was actually the moment worth getting out there. Thumbnails are similarly good and actually usable. I've paid for standalone thumbnail tools that produced worse results and required more editing afterwards. I'm pretty happy with the ones that Taja produces straight out of the can. Honestly, the best way I can describe who this is for. If you're a solo creator or running a small team and post-production has become the thing that slows everything down, this is definitely worth a look. Not because it's perfect, but because the time it gives back is real. It's obvious that the team are working very hard to improve it every day, so even now it's good, but it's going to be much better down the line. I've kept a lot of tools "just in case" and quietly stopped using them. This one I keep opening.

I’m a new YouTuber and quite honestly I feel a bit overwhelmed at all the things you have to learn about getting videos out onto YouTube and optimising them out onto the platform, I picked Taja in the hope that I could help me with at least some of the things and I’ve been really impressed. I like the way it handles most of the stuff automatically, titles, thumbnails and descriptions were always something I spent ages obsessing over getting right and was never sure I’d done a good job. Taja does all that for me know and saves me hours of staring a the screen wondering what to write. I had no idea how to make shorts from my long videos and again Taja just makes the problem go away and they look really good when they are finished. Taja can automatically post them to my channel as well although I’ve not tried that yet as still getting to know it. They have a facebook group as well which, I’m gonna join. This look like a really powerful product and they say they are updating and making it better all the time. Definitely one to grab.

Just wanna give a big shout-out to Ibrahim, for developing Taja AI which is a comprehensive thumbnail creation utility that not only does thumbnails, but also creates shorts and titles and descriptions for tags, and requires a transcript for your YouTube video. At the same time, sending those shorts to all of the social media connections. And this is, accomplished in a few seconds, just basically dropping the link into the application, and Taja.ai goes to work, I'm able to save a tremendous amount of time, especially if I'm doing A/B testing on YouTube. In the YouTube A/B testing section where I could just drop Taja's thumbnails and copy and paste the, the titles that were extrapolated from the video right in the YouTube Boxes and you're good to go. So, again, I have to give this tool, uh, five taco thumbs up, endorsement and I highly recommend it. The workflow is a tremendous time-saver, and the quality of the output is very, very, very good. YouTube's API changes constantly and I find the Taja support team responsive to the needed changes to adjust to revisions.

I’ve only used Taja for a few days, but it’s already changed how I handle my YouTube work. I’m new to this and still trying to get my first 1000 subscribers and was trying to manage everything on my own without any special software. It’s a lot of work with recording, editing, making titles, thumbnails, and writing descriptions. Honestly, I was wondering if it was all worth the bother but I know YouTube is a long game. Taja made everything feel way more manageable. It suggested better titles and descriptions than I was coming up with, made my thumbnails (thank you Taja!!), and loads of shorts from my longer videos. I know shorts are great for getting more views, but I was thinking they’d be a real pain to have to do on something like Camtasia which I use for the long ones. The ones Taja spits out look amazing and it’s so easy. What surprised me most is how fast it works. It doesn’t feel like basic automation, it sort of seems, actually, somehow to understand what you want and does it! I know it’s only been a few days but I can already see how much time I’m saving, and I’m able to add more content to my channel by making shorts from all my long videos, which is a real blessing. I’m looking forward to discovering more as I keep using it. Oh, and the support is really good, you can tell these guys really care about what they are building and their customers which you don’t see very often nowadays with all the AI bots around.

I purchased four codes for this tool in December 2023 and continue to use it regularly. While the software experienced several issues over the past two years, the development team consistently kept users informed and addressed problems promptly. The recent UI redesign is clean and modern, and overall performance has noticeably improved. I’ve also seen some claims that the company doesn’t honor their Lifetime Deal (LTD) offer, but in my experience, that is simply not true. Keep up the good work 😀

It did a good job selecting the clips. It's easy to connect your accounts. And posting the content is a breeze. I'd like to be able to edit the video inside Taja using the transcript like how you can on descript. And it would be cool if any content I post elsewhere automatically shows up in Taja so I don't have to fetch links.

I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews here from impatient users who don't seem to understand the immense technical difficulty of building a product like this. I also have Castmagic, and frankly, it is struggling to auto-generate decent clips. In fact, their support team recently admitted to me that they had to switch to a new API because their previous provider went out of business, which is why their clips are currently buggy and unstable. While they are making excuses about "new integrations," Taja is actually delivering. It is generating amazing clips and Shorts for me right now—no excuses, just results. For me, this is the most underrated gem on AppSumo. Taja is incredibly intuitive and easy to navigate, whereas I found Castmagic clunky and hard to use. If you want a tool that actually works for video today, ignore the noise and get Taja.

Taja is saving me time and energy. The suggestions are great and the volume of features is so great that I almost immediately bumped up my plan. It doesn't work for every type of content, however. For instance, I haven't been able to get shorts for a gaming channel. The tool advises that it doesn't work well for Vlogs, Gaming Videos, Music Videos, or Reaction Videos. This is just one feature though. Be mindful of what you want or need for your specific channels. Thankfully I have a diverse range of clients, I'm still trying out the many features but so far I am happy with the backlog boost, thumbnail generation, and idea creation emails I've received. I will be posting updates as I discover more.

Taja is absolutely a precious product, even more so, and especially because it's at an ultra-competitive price on Appsumo. It started months ago as a "simple" cutter for mini clips from long videos. Since then, it has improved and added brilliant features. It has evolved from scheduling content for various social networks, through automations that monitor incoming channel content, video thumbnail creation, and in recent times moving towards becoming a powerful tool for analytics, scripts, and semantic analysis of our channel and competitors. It's already becoming useful as a YouTube keyword analysis tool. It's absolutely phenomenal. The only point missing for it to be a 6-star tool relates to thumbnail quality, which can still be improved, namely with some functionality that could capture texts generated/included in AI images, allowing us to correct their spelling. I know it's difficult to develop a "pick up text" tool like the one in Canva, but it would be the cherry on top. Moreover, I think being able to choose a better LLM or another LLM besides GPT-4 for text creation could also be positive. Like being able to choose any Anthropic model. But this might already be asking too much. In short, a 5-star tool. Take advantage, because I think that given the time they're listed on Appsumo, they'll soon be gone and you might miss the opportunity to acquire this valuable tool.

You can see they care about their customers from the second day you use the interface when you are invited by Ibrahim for a 121 session to learn your first impression and hickups. Plusses: -the platform does what is says and it's very powerful - focus is on great titles and descriptions for SEO. It splits a longer video into multiple shorts. It schedules all posts on youtube and other platforms calendar. Great Backlog feature where they scan all lrevious uploads and provide inproved titles and descriptions. What Could be better? The AI generated thumbnails seem rather unprofessional when on each of them there is a stranger person appearing.. maybe an option to choose faceless thumbnails would solve this. -The Next Video Idea schedule is not working as expected, there are no emails coming.. -Less emoji's in the descriptions, they should sound more humanized..
